Griff Premieres New Song “One Foot In Front Of The Other” on BBC Radio 1
British singer-songwriter Griff premiered a new song “One Foot In Front Of The Other” on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Annie Mac.
The song is the title track of her upcoming mixtape, which is set to be released on June 11, 2021.
The track was written and produced by Griff. The accompanying music video was directed by Stephen Isaac-Wilson.
“that feeling that you could fall at any second,” Griff said of the project in a statement. “I've also produced the majority of this mixtape – I heard a stat that 2 per cent of music producers are women, and so it feels important that as a young female in the music industry I should empower myself and continue to properly do it. It was challenging, but I hope in doing so 'One Foot In Front of The Other' feels like a raw, emotional and unpolished body of work.”- ie-7JwVcMdQ
