Karma Kids Releases New Song “Nightmare” featuring Kellin Quinn
American pop-punk band Karma Kids released a new song “Nightmare” on April 9, 2021.
The song is the second single off of their upcoming sophomore album “vibes.”, following “Nothing Left to Lose”.
This time, the band teamed up with American singer-songwriter Kellin Quinn on the track.
Frontman Jon Benjamin said of the song, “Nightmare is a dark track about forgetting who you are and harvesting the darkest corners of your consciousness into a power you can control. The first time I saw Kellin perform, Sleeping With Sirens was a relatively unknown band. Watching their exponential growth and Kellin's growth as a musician left me with a specific sound I wanted to see out of a vocalist. Finally getting to work with him just made everything really come in full circle. I had a basic scratch track and he ran with it and fucking killed it!”- GGBM-qjHobs

The new album comprises of 12-track, featuring guest appearances from Kellin Quinn and Alexandria Edington.
The band said, “vibes. is a giant evolutionary jump in Karma Kids' sound. You'll get big powerful anthems, ballads, and some more modern pop sounds all still driving home to our emo roots. We called it “vibes.” because depending on the mood your in, each song will hit differently.”
The new album is set to be released on June 11, 2021 via Legend Recordings.
Karma Kids was formed in 2019 by Jon Benjamin and Zaac Wesco. They ran with the dubbed sub-genre “emocore” debuting with a double album, “Dystopian Dream” in early 2020.
The band announced a partnership with Legend Recordings/InGrooves Music Group to handle distribution.-
