Luke Bryan Drops New Music Video for “Waves”
Back in August 2020, American country music singer-songwriter Luke Bryan released seventh studio album “Born Here Live Here Die Here”.
The album reached No. 1 on the US Top Country Albums and No. 5 on the US Billboard 200.
On April 9, 2021, he dropped the deluxe edition of the album, which featured a total of six additional songs.
“I had these six songs that I found and some of 'em I had already recorded, and I just felt like it was the perfect time to put out a deluxe version of this,” Luke Bryan says. “I love these songs. I love what they say.”
“They have a lot of rural-ness to 'em,” he adds. “They have a lot of kind of down-home country feels to 'em. And I was excited for my fans to hear 'em as quick as I could get it out to 'em.”
From the album, he released a new song “Waves” along with a music video. It was written by Chase McGill, Ryan Hurd and Zach Crowell.
“'Waves' is a song about kids falling in love during the summer and just all the images and everything about just how beautiful that summer love is and how the emotions just keep coming in waves,” he said. “'Waves' is kind of a play on words, and I feel in love with the song the second I heard it.”
Also, he performed the song on Good Morning America.- 6vVa6jiDQF8
