benny blanco Teams Up with Gracie Abrams for New Song “Unlearn”
American record producer benny blanco will release his sophomore album “Friends Keep Secrets 2” on March 26, 2021.
From the album, he unveiled a new song “Unlearn”. This time, he teamed up with Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams.
The track was written by Cashmere Cat, Jack Karaszewski, Henry Kwapis, Julia Michaels, Michael Pollack, benny blanco and Gracie Abrams.
The accompanying music video was directed by Jake Schreier.
Also, the pair will first perform the song on The Late Late Show with James Corden on March 24th.
benny blanco told Variety about the song, “Check it out. I got an intern when he was 16, Blake (Slatkin), sweetest kid in the world. Many years later, he's writing his own songs, I sign him, he's coming up with stuff like “Mood” by 24kGoldn and “Without You” by the Kid Laroi, both successful. His girlfriend since high school is Gracie. So I was friends with her before I even knew she made music. We hooked up on this song, and it was just so natural sounding. Gracie Abrams shared on social media, “unlearn is out now.
