Brent Faiyaz Releases New Song “Show U Off”
American singer-songwriter Brent Faiyaz released a new song “Show U Off” with an accompanying music video on March 12, 2021.
The track follows up “Gravity” featuring DJ Dahi, Tyler and the Creator, and will appear on his upcoming sophomore album “Make It Out Alive”.
The song focuses on the importance of highlighting the significant women in your life.
It was written by SamTrax, S. Carey, Dpat, Atu, Diana Gordon and Brent Faiyaz. Produced by Brent Faiyaz, SamTrax, Dpat and Atu.
The video was directed by Mikayla Gamble.
“It's a record I've been working on for a really long time. I knew when I started it was something special, and I wanted to take my time with it and not mess it up,” Brent Faiyaz told Vogue. “I really just wanted to make something special for women. There aren't enough records uplifting them out there.”
