Megan Thee Stallion Drops New Music Video for “Cry Baby” featuring DaBaby
American rapper Megan Thee Stallion dropped a new music video for “Cry Baby” directed by Colin Tilley, who previously directed her videos for “Body,” “Don't Stop,” and “WAP”.
The song is included on her debut studio album “Good News”, which was released last November.
She worked with American rapper DaBaby on the track. It was written by Katie Smith, d.a. got that dope, Daniel Levin, Megan Thee Stallion and DaBaby.
The track interpolates ¡IT'S ALESSANDRO!'s single “Carry Me” released in September 2020.
The debut album comprises of 17-track, featuring guest appearances from DaBaby, City Girls, Lil Durk, SZA, Popcaan, Mustard, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Young Thug and Beyoncé.
“I feel like I had to name my album Good News because we've been hearing so much bad news,” Megan Thee Stallion said of the album title. “It's like, 'Okay, look, Megan Thee Stallion finally coming with the good news.'”
Saw was nominated for 2021 Grammy Awards for Record of the Year, Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance and Best New Artist. The ceremony will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on March 14, 2021,- source : Billboard
