John The Ghost Announces New Album “ONLY WANT TO LIVE ONCE”, Drops New Song “Drive”
Arizona-based alt-pop singer-songwriter John O'Callaghan, aka John The Ghost announced his upcoming debut album “ONLY WANT TO LIVE ONCE” will be released on February 12, 2021.
The album is his first project in five years since his debut EP “Sincerely”.
From the album, he dropped a new song “Drive” along with a music video on January 15, 2021. The video was directed by Lupe Bustos.
“This song is about more,” John O'Callaghan said. “We're always searching for more even after we find it. Suppose I need to focus less on what could be and more on what is. Either way, I think I enjoy the feeling of this tune more than its meaning but the jury is still out.”
“What started out as a single song, turned into 3, turned into 7, which all turned into my debut 9 song album,” he said. “A friend of mine interpreted the title, I ONLY WANT TO LIVE ONCE, as a negative, when in reality I meant for it to highlight my lust for life.
