Tate McRae Releases New Song “r u ok”
Canadian singer-songwriter Tate McRae unveiled a new song “r u ok” with an accompanying music video on December 10th.
The song follows up the collaboration song “lie to me” with Ali Gatie, which was released in October.
It was written by Lowell, Frequency and Tate McRae. The video was directed by Jordan Hall.
“‘r u ok’ is a song that I never thought I’d write,” Tate McRae said of the song.. “It has a very sassy and feisty tone, which made it a challenge to dive into that perspective – as I think I’m quite the opposite. I love that in this song there is a lot of emotional meaning behind the lyrics, with very trappy, bright and contrasting production at the same time.”- source : Dork
