Justin Bieber & Benny Blanco Perform “Lonely” Acoustic
Canadian singer-songwriter Justin Bieber performed his latest song “Lonely” along with American record producer Benny Blanco.
The video of acoustic version was directed by Jake Schreier.
The song was released on October 15 from his upcoming sixth studio album. He co-wrote the song with Blanco and FINNEAS.
After the release of the song, he first performed the song on Saturday Night Live. Also he played “Holy” with Chance the Rappe on the TV.
Justin Bieber tweeted, “To be honest the song is hard for me to listen to considering how tough it was to get through some of these chapters. I believe it is powerful to express vulnerability and that’s why I believe this song is so powerful.”
Benny Blanco tweeted, “when we first wrote “lonely” the world was a very different place… soon after it took on a whole new meaning i never thought it would… the first time i worked with justin bieber was in 2009… he was so young… so talented… the hair… i mean the FUCKING HAIR!!!!”- source : Rolling Stone
