Finn Matthews Shares New Song “Low Key”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Finn Matthews has delivered a new song “Low Key” from his upcoming debut album “Sunny Daze”.
It was written by Finn Matthews and Sean David Fenton.
“With this song I wanted to make something simple and fun,” Finn Matthews said of the song. “In the midst of everything going on in the world, I think positive music is really important right now. A lot of my other music gives a deeper look into my life and my mind, but for this I just wanted to capture the beautiful feelings of being young and free.”
The debut album is expected to be released later this year, produced by Finn Matthews himself. He told American Songwriter about the the album, “I honestly didn't know that I was going to be making an album when I first started making music or when I first started making these songs. I was making songs for the sake of making songs, and then I started visualizing how they all fit together. Obviously I'm writing all of it and producing it, so they're going to have a lot of overlap. It's definitely very cohesive. So I figured I would put it into an album and I've been putting on the finishing touches lately.”- source : Volatile Weekly
