Niall Horan Releases New Album “Heartbreak Weather”: Streaming
Former One Direction and Irish singer-songwriter Niall Horan released his sophomore album “Heartbreak Weather” on March 13th. It is his first album in three years.
The album features '80s pop vibe sound unlike his debut album, which featured folk rock-influenced sound.
Niall Horan said, “People assumed I was this nice Irish fella,” Niall Horan said. “Because they didn’t know much about me.”
“Sad love songs can be very selfish, very ‘poor me’, so I was trying to write in a way that didn’t make it all as sad as I was,” he said. “I didn’t want to make it all about myself, but also to admit some flaws, like the egotistical moments.”
The album comprises of 14-track, produced by Daniel Bryer, Julian Bunetta, Tobias Jesso Jr. and Jamie Scott.
“I wanted to tell the story that was in my head, hopefully lead people down the storytelling lane of an album track listing. [...] I wanted to write songs from different sides or from someone else looking in."
He will embark on Nice To Meet Ya Tour in North America in April and May along with Lewis Capaldi and Fletcher. The tour kicks off at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN on April 20th.
