Machine Gun Kelly Drops New Music Video for “why are you here”
American rapper Machine Gun Kelly has dropped a new music video for “why are you here” directed by Miles & AJ.
The song was released last December from his upcoming fifth studio album “Tickets to My Downfall”. It was written by SlimXX, BazeXX, Nick Long, RookXX, Goody Grace and Machine Gun Kelly.
Machine Gun Kelly said of the song in an interview with Zane Lowe Beats 1 radio show, “It was probably this song, to be honest, that was the transfer to me as far as being like, ‘I want my next project to be all singing, all live instruments.’ This was right before I got in the studio with Travis [Barker].”
He continued, “I walked into a party one time with this girl that I guess I was kinda creepin' with while I was talking to this other girl, and I walked in and the other girl that I was lying to was in the party and she was lying to me. So I was there with somebody and she was there with somebody. And I didn’t really know I would be affected by it until I saw it with my own eyes.”
He worked with Travis Barker of Blink-182 for the new album featuring Yungblud. It is expected to be released sometime in 2020.- LmTXmOH6M_I
