Skillet Shares New Song “You Ain't Ready”
Last week, American Christian heavy metal band Skillet dropped the music video for “Legendary”.
Following the video, the band unveiled a new song “You Ain't Ready” on July 26th.
The track is taken as the promotional single from their upcoming tenth studio album “Victorious”, which is set to be released on August 2nd.
Recently, the band appeared on Fox's All-American Summer Concert Series.
Frontman John Cooper said of their music, “Rock-n-roll's all about singing something you believe in. And if it goes against the grain that's even better. That's what rock-n-roll's about, so for me writing about my faith, it's three minutes to write about something I believe in, it doesn't matter what they think, this is my song, my song up in here.
