Dido Premieres New Song “Give You Up” on BBC Radio 2
British singer-songwriter Dido has unveiled a new song “Give You Up” from her upcoming fifth studio album "Still on My Mind".
The song received its first play during Zoe Ball and BBC Radio 2. It was written by Denny Thakrar, Rob Agostini and Dee Adam.
“It’s just so perfect,” Dido said of song. “It’s a good break up song, where you’ve been hurt but feel strong. It’s that point in a relationship where you are pulling yourself out of the gutter and deciding that it’s their loss. Which I can totally relate to.”
The album "Still on My Mind" is due out March 3rd and recorded in England with her brother Rollo. To date, "Hurricanes" and "Friends" were released from the album the end of 2018.
Dido will embark on European and North American tour in support of the album in 2019. The tour is her first live in 15 years. The tour kicks off at Forum Karlín in Praha on May 5, 2019.
