Skylar Stecker Premieres New Music Video for “Let It Pour”
American singer-songwriter Skylar Stecker released a new song “Let It Pour” with accompanying music video on October 3rd.
Last October, she released "Blame", which became her third number one on Billboard's Dance Club Songs Chart, following "Sweet Dreams" and "Only Want You". The new song is the follow-up to it.
The track was written by Skylar Stecker, the video was directed by Daniel Carberry.
“I have a lot of music in store for you and ‘Let It Pour’ is only the beginning of my truth,” the 16-year-old singer wrote on her Instagram. “It’s been a hard year and in the past I used to think that if I shared my fears and insecurities that it would come across as weak….but I’ve grown as an artist and as a human being and learned that being vulnerable is actually a strength and that if I’m going to be true to myself, then I also need to write and release music that is a true representation of who I am and what I’m feeling and to not fall victim to others opinions of what ‘me’ should be.”- source : Just Jared Jr
