Boy George & Culture Club Performs “Life” on The Late Late Show with James Corden
British singer-songwriter Boy George and Culture Club appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden, where the band performed a new song “Life”.
The band recruited a full gospel choir for the performance. The song is the second single from their upcoming sixth studio album of the same title.
The album is their first LP in 19 years since "Don't Mind If I Do" and is due out October 26.
Boy George said of the album in an interview with Billboard, "I just feel that we've made an album that we've been trying to make maybe since (1983's quadruple-platinum) Colour By Numbers. It's funny when you say it sounds very Culture Club; We do often say that about tracks. But it just feels looser. It's very catchy. The songs are really strong, really melodic.
