Maggie McClure Premieres New Music Song “You For Me”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Maggie McClure has delivered a new song "You For Me" via streaming music services.
The song blends mellow whistling and catchy melodies with mute guitar riff like jazz.
The track is taken from her upcoming fourth EP "Color it Up", which is out on October 13, 2017. It was written by Maggie McClure, Jeff Silbar and Shane Henry , who also performed on whistles on the song.
About the new song, she said;
“'You For Me' is a Disney-esque song that I wrote with Shane Henry and Jeff Silbar. It’s about finding that perfect something or someone that is just what you’ve been looking for all along. I adore this song and hope you all enjoy it!”- Also,she explained the new EP;
"The whole idea behind writing/releasing this project was to put some feel-good music out there to lift peoples' spirits. So often we miss out on the joy in life because we don't recognize it in the small everyday moments. I hope this EP encourages people to take notice of the everyday joy in their own lives."
Maggie McClure is an accomplished singer-songwriter from Norman, Oklahoma. Her songs have been showcased on a variety of television programs including "Dr. Phil", "The Vineyard" and "The Hill".
