A Little Sound Premieres New Song “Override” on BBC Radio 1
British drum and bass DJ A Little Sound premiered a new song “Override” on BBC Radio 1's New Music Show with Jack Saunders.
The song follows “Area Code”, which was released back in February. Both songs will appear on her upcoming EP, which is expected to be released in 2025.
The track was written by Abigail Morgan, Brad Ellis, Katy Tiz, and Toby Scott. Produced by Toby Scott and Brad Ellis.
A Little Sound told Jack Saunders about the song, “It's about that feeling when all your friends come together at a festival, the sun's going down and every sense is overriding your body.”
She continued, “Honestly, I think it's always trying to find that euphoric song that you know is going to hit on the dance floor. And when I heard the cause, working with Toby Scott, Brad Ellis and Katy Tiz, I was like, 'This is this song'. We got to write something that feels big.”- She said of the EP, “And I find, like, I want to find that balance of like, being able to listen to a song, stream it, as well as playing in the dance. So if I can write a song that lasts forever, then that's my goal. And it's written like a song. The structure is normally like a track, so, yeah, like any other music. So that's kind of the goal, and to create that narrative for the dance floor.”
