WYLDLIFE Announces New Album “sorted.”, Shares New Song “Dizzy”
New York-based rock band WYLDLIFE, consisting of Dave Feldman (vocals), Sam Allen (guitar), Spencer Alexander (bass) and Russ Barrnett (drums), has announced their upcoming fifth studio album “sorted.” will be released on May 16, 2025.
The album is their first LP in five years since the 2020 album “Year of the Snake”.
From the album, the band released a new song “Dizzy” on April 18, 2025.
The song is the third single off of the album, following “Fast Dreams” and “Bystander”.
It was written by Dave Feldman and Sam Allen. Produced by WYLDLIFE and Geoff Sanoff.
The band frontman Dave Feldman said of the song, “In writing 'Dizzy,' we just wanted people to have that feeling of coming home from school in 1995, turning on MTV and hearing some 'choooon' from the UK. Personally, I never want to lose that feeling or exit that headspace. We always told journalists ‘we love BritPop’ and we did it way before it was cool (again). Well here you go, folks: Here’s our love anthem to BritPop.”- The new album comprises 10 songs, which the band made over the course of a year and change, produced by WYLDLIFE and Geoff Sanoff, plus one week assistance from Geoff Sanoff's college intern.
All songs were written by Dave Feldman and Sam Allen. -
