Andy Stochansky Releases New Song “Like The Sun”
Los Angeles-based Canadian singer-songwriter Andy Stochansky released a new song “Like The Sun” on April 18, 2025.
The song will appear on his upcoming album “Poetry of Birds”, which is expected to be released in 2025.
From the album, he has released five pre-release singles “Poetry of Birds”, “Beautiful Sky”, “Oxygen”, “Champion”, and “God's Tree” so far.
The track was written and produced by Andy Stochansky, with production by Daniel Ledwell, as with the previous song Beautiful Sky”, which was released back in February.
Andy Stochansky said of the song, “It's a song about admonishing one's self for not telling the other person in the relationship that you love them enough. At the end of the chorus, I wanted the feeling of love to be warm and beautiful like the sun.”- The new album is his first body of work in two decades since the 2005 album “100”.
On the album, Andy Stochansky embraces simplicity and the natural world, a response to the overwhelming pace of modern life.
Andy Stochansky said, “Nature can teach us everything we need. Poetry Of Birds is a reminder to notice the beauty around us.”
