Hinder Announces New Album “Back To Life”, Shares New Song “Bring Me Back To Life”
American rock band Hinder, consisting of Joe 'Blower' Garvey (guitar), Cody Hanson (drums), Mike Rodden (bass) and Marshal Dutton (vocals), has announced their upcoming seventh studio album “Back To Life” will be released on May 23, 2025 via Evil Teen.
This marks their first album in eight years since the 2017 album “The Reign”.
Also, it is the first release without longtime rhythm guitarist Mark King, who left the band in 2021, under their new label Evil Teen.
The album comprises 13 songs, produced by Cody Hanson and Marshal Dutton.
From the album, the band released a new song “Bring Me Back To Life” on March 28, 2025.
The song is the third single off of the album, following “Live Without It” and “Everything Is A Cult”.
It was written and produced by Cody Hanson and Marshal Dutton.
The accompanying music video was directed by Reagan Elkins.- The band drummer Mike Rodden said of the song, “When you've been writing songs for over 20 years, sometimes you run out of things to say. In life in general, it's easy to become complacent and uninspired. That's why 'Bring Me Back To Life' is such an important track, not only for the album, but for our band as whole. After writing an entire album and then throwing it away in 2020, we had become discouraged and decided that we weren't going to release any new music, much less an entire album. However, as soon as we wrote 'Bring Me Back To Life', everything changed. Sometimes, it just takes one special song to breathe life back into a band, and this song became the catalyst for the entire album. Needless to say, we are very excited for the world to hear this one.”
