Jack Garratt Announces New Album “Pillars”, Premieres New Song “Catherine Wheel” on BBC Radio 2
British singer-songwriter Jack Garratt is back. He has announced his upcoming third studio album “Pillars” will be release on August 15, 2025.
This marks his first studio album in five years since the 2020 album “Love, Death & Dancing”.
Also, it is the first release under his new label Cooking Vinyl.
The album comprises 11 songs, written and produced by Jack Garratt.
From the album, he premiered the first single called “Catherine Wheel” on BBC Radio 2 with Jo Whiley.
Written during a transformative trip to Los Angeles, the track emerged from a period of self-doubt and creative rebirth.
It is a sky-scraping anthem that encapsulates his blend of introspective lyricism and euphoric self-production.
The track was written and produced by Jack Garratt.- Jack Garratt said of the song, “I was fully ready to quit music. But 'Catherine Wheel' became my true north - it reignited my love for creating and set the tone for the entire album.”
Jack Garratt will play an intimate London show at London’s Village Underground on May 1, 2025.
