spill tab Releases New Song “Assis”
Los Angeles-based French-Korean singer-songwriter spill tab released the fourth single called “Assis” from her upcoming debut album “ANGIE” on March 18, 2025.
The debut album is set to be released on May 16, 2025.
The song is accompanied by the sweetiepie-directed music video.
The track is sung in both English and French, her father's language
It was written by spill tab, Jared Solomon, and John Hill. Produced by Solomonophonic, John Hill, and spill tab.
spill tab said of the song, “The production for Assis feels like the stitching between a 50's Italian film soundtrack and psychedelic rock. The song is about watching someone you love pull away from you in slow motion. You try to reconcile the beautiful, tender moments with the bitter ones, because ultimately you want no one else.”- The album comprises 12 songs. spill tab said of the album, “I love this collection of songs so deeply. They feel more honest than anything I've created in a long time, and I'm so proud of the hundreds (thousands??) of hours that were spent writing, producing, chipping away at vocals, tightening up harmonies, re-writing bass lines, deleting entire sections, coming up with completely new ones, with all the insane collaborators that worked on this project.”
