Mark Pritchard & Thom Yorke Announce New Collaborative Album “Tall Tales”, Share New Song “This Conversation is Missing Your Voice”
Sydney-based producer Mark Pritchard and British rock band Radiohead's frontman Thom Yorke have announced their upcoming collaborative Album “Tall Tales” will be released on May 9, 2025 via Warped.
This marks Mark Pritchard and Thom Yorke have worked together since “Beautiful People”, which appeared on Mark Pritchard's 2016 album “Under the Sun”. But it is the first time they have made their own full-length album together.
The album comprises 12 songs and is multi-layered, richly textured record that channels both multiple narratives and multiple genres.
For Thom Yorke, it is the first release via Warped.
Thom Yorke said of the album, “Mark sent me a large file of Mp3s of ideas during lockdown, There were so many great ones I knew straight away that I had to drop what I was doing. It felt very much that i had not been anywhere like this before, both as soon as I put my headphones on and started trying to find the vocals, words and sounds, but also, as it progressed, watching Jonathan respond so freely and spontaneously with all his video and artwork ideas. It was mental, and i feel lucky to have been involved. I am looking forward to this finally coming out, Tall Tales is very important to me.”- From the album, the pair released a new song “This Conversation is Missing Your Voice” on March 11, 2025.
The song is the second single off of the album, following “Back in the Game” released last month.
It was written by Mark Pritchard and Thom Yorke. Produced by Mark Pritchard.
