  • SYML Releases New Song “Carry No Thing”

  • Seattle-based singer-songwriter Brian Fennell, aka SYML will release his upcoming third studio album “Nobody Lives Here” on April 4, 2025.

He is currently releasing a new song every 3 weeks until the album is out.
On February 28, he released the fourth single called “Carry No Thing” from the album.
SYML described the song as “This is an apocalyptic love song. We’re all gonna die some day, and when it comes, I hope I’m holding my love.”
As with the previous singles, the track was written and produced by Brian Fennell with production by Brian Eichelberger.

SYML explained, “The intangible force of love is what we take with us as we move through the chaos. There’s a strange beauty in some of the ways we imagine the world ending. I think it might be that it’s something we would all experience equally at the same time. Whether we run for the hills or submit, we only have the love for each other as the world burns around us.”
  • The new album comprises 11 songs and is fueled by the keen understanding that life is a contradiction, a fleeting moment.
Produced by Brian Fennell and Brian Eichelberger.

SYML said of the album, “We change, the world changes, and there is so much unknown. About a year ago I started writing songs that represent the change that is happening in front of my face, a group that have emerged to become this record.”
