Television Skies Releases New Song “Time of My Life”
New York-based indie-pop duo Television Skies, consisting of Paul Maczaj (drums) and Ihor Shuhan (guitar), released their brand new song “Time of My Life” on March 7, 2025.
The song is their first single of 2025, following “Heaven” released last June.
The track captures a moment of recklessness when you've gone too far, and there's no turning back, blending pop rock energy with a vintage, feel-good vibe.
It was written by Ihor Shuhan, Paul Maczaj, and Cass Dillon who also produced the track.
The duo said of the song, “'Time of My Life' captures a moment of recklessness - when you've gone too far, and there's no turning back. There is a strong through-line throughout our music that aims to inspire and draw out the limitless potential of our generation. Turning to a more rock based sound for our new project to try to capture the nostalgic yet hopeful look toward a better and brighter tomorrow. It's desperate, vulnerable, and raw, a crash in slow motion. All you can do is hope that the people you love will remember your life with a smile. There's beauty in the wreckage, a feeling that's both tragic and euphoric.”- They continued, “Time of My Life is about making mistakes, losing control, and still finding a reason to keep going. If it inspires someone to take a risk, to chase something they've been afraid to go after, or even just to let go of whatever's been holding them back, then we've done our job. There's a freedom in accepting that life is messy, that you don't have to have everything figured out, and that sometimes the best thing you can do is just throw yourself into the moment. More than anything, we hope our music gives people that push—to live fully, to love sincerely, and to believe that no matter where they are, they can always find their way home.”
