Jain Teams Up with Solomun for New Song “Tout le monde est fou”
French singer-songwriter Jain joined forces with Bosnian-German DJ Solomun to release a new song “Tout le monde est fou” on February 28, 2025 via Arista Records/Sony Music France.
The song title “Tout le monde est fou” means French for “Everyone is crazy”. Jain sang the song in French for the first time.
This marks the first collaboration between Jain and Solomun.
For Jain, the song is the first single of 2025, following “Nobody Knows” released last July.
Meanwhile, for Solomun, the track is the second collaborative single of 2025, following a remix of “Climbing” with Caribou.
The track was written by Jain, and Solomun who also produced it.
The accompanying music video was directed by directed by AI Artist Luigi Bastelica, captures humanity at its most chaotic, magnificent, and terrifying.- Jain said of the song, “When we remember we are all mad, the mysteries disappear and life stands explained.”
Solomun said, “I was working on this beat, and even though it was a disco track which can often be lighthearted, this one started building more and more of this mysterious energy, this je ne sais quoi. I knew I needed a voice that could transport this feeling, so I showed it to a friend, and he suggested Jain, and it just felt right. And when she delivered the vocals in her playful but fatalistic way, this quintessentially French way, I knew this is it.” -
