Sydney Quiseng Releases New Song “Phases”
American indie pop band Echosmith lead singer Sydney Quiseng released a new song “Phases” on February 28, 2025.
The song is her third solo single, following “Wonder” and “Guilty”.
The track is about her husband Cameron Quiseng. She changed her stage name to Sydney Quiseng from Sydney Grace Ann Sierota Quiseng after her marriage.
It was written by John-Luke Carter, Sydney Quiseng, and Trent Dabbs. The accompanying music video wad edited by Evan Kauffman.
Sydney Quiseng said of the song, “I married my best friend almost 6 years ago. When I first showed him 'Phases', I told him I wrote it about him and he said 'you write every song about me.' and it made me laugh cuz it's true. I can't even tell you how many songs I've written about him, for him, inspired by him... but I guess when you love someone so much, they never stop inspiring you. When you see the music video, you'll see why this song means so much to me.”
She aded, “I've wanted to do a home video like this for a song for a long time, and it just felt right for this one. This song really does mean a whole lot to me.”- Sydney Quiseng will host her first headline show at The Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles on March 13, 2025.
