“Don't Take The Night”, featuring a '70s disco vibe, was written by Ellington Ratliff, Morgan Taylor Reid, Rocky Lynch, and Ross Lynch. Produced by Ross Lynch, Rocky Lynch, and Morgan Taylor Reid.- The new album comprises 11 songs and embraces a more introspective songwriting style while refining their signature sound.
The band said of the album, “The Obsession era began sometime last year when we started to compile a lot of these songs on a note in our phones. We started to collect all these songs and more that we were really loving and named the folder 'Obsession.' It was the truth of the situation - we were literally obsessed making these songs and just spent hours and hours with lots of love poured into them.” -
The band embarks on Obsession Tour in North America, Brazil and Chile. The tour kicks off at War Memorial Auditorium in Fort Lauderdale, FL on March 7th and will conclude at Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, CA on July 18, 2025.
