Piper Connolly Releases New Song “warning”
American pop-punk singer-songwriter Piper Connolly released a new song “warning” on February 20, 2025.
The song is her first single of 2025, following the cover of the Rolling Stones' “Gimme Shelter” with Scott Conti, which was released last November.
The track reflects on falling for someone you know you shouldn't, along with the mayhem and confusion that come with it, drawing heavily from the raw energy of early 2000s pop rock.
It was written by Piper Connolly, and Marvin Fockens who also produced the track.
Piper Connolly said of the song, “I wrote 'warning' during a time when I felt both the rush and the chaos of falling for someone you know you probably shouldn't. I hope when people listen to it, they feel that spark of being so alive that it's almost too much.
