The vocal came first on this like the tone of her voice is just incredible. And as soon as I heard it I knew instantly it had something about it, it's very original. And I kinda just did my thing on the record. We were back and forth speaking to each other about it and 'Wrap Yourself Around Me' was born!”- He added, “It's to really get the emotion out. I come from a club myself before was a DJ. So I make records that I think will fit that perfect moment right in my DJ set. And this is kind of, we're three quarters away into my DJ set by the time this record will get dropped in one of my DJ sets.”
D.O.D was nominated for Song of the Year with Sonny Fodera's “Somedays” with Jazzy at the Brit Awards 2025.
