Koven Announces New Album “Moments In Everglow”, Shares Two New Songs “Where My Heart Is” & “Time Is On Our Side”
London-based drum and bass duo Koven, consisting of Max Rowat (producer) and Katie Boyle (vocals/DJ), has announced their upcoming sophomore album “Moments In Everglow” will be released on April 18, 2025 via Monstercat.
This marks their first LP in five years since the 2020 debut album “Butterfly Effect”.
The album comprises 12 songs, featuring collaborations with Australian DJ ÆON:MODE and American DJ Steve Aoki, produced by Koven.
From the album, the duo unveiled two new songs “Where My Heart Is” and “Time Is On Our Side” on February 13, 2025.
Two songs are follow-up to “Polarised” with ÆON:MODE, which was released last month.
“Where My Heart Is” was written by Brad Ellis, Katie Boyle, Max Rowat, and Simon Dobson. “Time Is On Our Side” was written by Katie Boyle and Max Rowat.
Both of sings were produced by Koven.
The duo said, “'Where my Heart Is' and 'Time is on Our side', 2 contrasting but equally beautiful tracks (if I do say so myself). Remember to go listen to them first thing in the morning when you wake up.”- The duo said of “Where My Heart Is”, “Written alongside the incredible Brad Ellis, who we also worked with on 'Change,' this track is a deeply heartfelt love song. The combination of live strings, choir, and raw emotion in the lyrics makes it one of the most uplifting and cinematic we've written to date. It's about rediscovering love, hope, and that feeling of finally finding where you belong.”
