  • Gracie Abrams Performs “That's So True” on The Graham Norton Show

  • American singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams appeared on The Graham Norton Show to perform “That's So True”.

This marks her debut on The Graham Norton Show as a musical guest.
The song was released as the second single from the deluxe edition of her sophomore album “The Secret of Us” last November.
The single reached No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart and No. 6 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Elsewhere, the single topped charts in multiple countries such as Australia, Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Lebanon, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Norway.
For Gracie Abrams, the song became most biggest hit so far.
She recorded the track at Electric Lady Studios in New York. It was written by Audrey Hobert and Gracie Abrams. Produced by Gracie Abrams, Aaron Dessner, and Julian Bunetta.
  • Gracie Abrams told NYLON about the song, “It's such an angsty, sarcastic song. Audrey and I were drunk on the roof, writing it in tears, laughing. The initial lyrics were way gnarlier. She taught me about something called mouthfeel, which is when you see if words feel good all strung together, and I've never forgotten it. She's hilarious and smart and fast and fun, just like she is when we're not writing.”

Before, Gracie Abrams revealed that there's an alternate, “very vulgar” of the song at Spotify's event.
She said, “Yeah, there's a whole, very vulgar version... that will never see the light of day!”
