Lyn Lapid Releases New Song “Coraline”
Filipino-American singer-songwriter Lyn Lapid released a brand new song “Coraline” on January 31, 2025.
The song is the first release of 2025 since Christmas EP “winter wishes”, which was released last November.
The track was inspired by the feeling of putting yourself in situations time and time again that ultimately leave you feeling empty and isolated, despite hoping for a different outcome every time.
It was written by Alex Goldblatt, Christina Galligan, Katelyn Lapid, and Lucas Sim. Produced by Lucas Sim, and Alex Goldblatt.
The accompanying music video was directed by Caro Knapp.
Lyn Lapid said of the song, “You probably think this world is a dream come true, but you're wrong! I wrote this about my incredibly lonely time living in LA away from home and everything familiar.”- source : Apple Music
