Anderson East Announces New Album “Worthy”, Shares New Song “Say I Love You”
Nashville-based singer-songwriter Anderson East is back. He has announced his fifth studio album “Worthy” will be released on May 30, 2025 via Rounder Records.
The album comprises 10 songs, co-produced with longtime collaborator Dave Cobb, and features Foy Vance, with writing contributions from Lori McKenna, Natalie Hemby, Trent Dabbs, Ashley Monroe and more. Recorded by Ethan Barrette, Tom Tapley and Anderson East at Georgia Mae, Savannah, GA and Overnite Studio, Nashville, TN.
This marks his first album in three years since the 2022 album “M.W.N.D. / F.A.M.E.”.
The album is inspired by a pure love of song and sound and is a portrait of the artist and person he has become, reflecting creative resilience, redemption, and transformation.- From the album, he released the first single called “Say I Love You” on January 29, 2025.
The track was written by Anderson East and Trent Dabbs. Produced by Dave Cobb and Anderson East.
On the track, he recorded with Darren Dodd on drums, Gregg Garner on bass, Dave Cobb on electric guitar, Philip Towns on piano, Ben Clark on trumpet, Nate Heffron on saxophone and April Rucker on background vocal.
