James Arthur Releases New Song “Celebrate”
British singer-songwriter James Arthur will release his upcoming sixth studio album “PISCES” on March 21, 2025.
The album title is named after own astrological identity.
James said of the title, “I’m a Pisces, and I’ve always resonated with the characteristics of a Pisces when you look into it - being a dreamer and quite sensitive. All the songs on this album are a small part of me and the building blocks of who I am. Pisces felt like the logical title to tie everything together.”
From the album, he released the second single called “Celebrate” on January 17, 2025, following “ADHD”.
The track finds James Arthur reflecting on personal struggles and self-acceptance.
It was written by James Arthur, and Steven Solomon who also produced the track.- James Arthur said of the song, “There’s been many times over the course of my life where I’ve lost the ability to live in the moment or I’ve been in a room full of people yet somehow I still felt alone. We’re always striving for more and we forget to exercise gratitude for the things that we do have or have achieved and therefore we fail to enjoy those special moments. People often tell me I should celebrate more but the truth is I’m not very good at it so I wrote this song about that very thing. I hope it makes you feel something.”

The new album comprises 12 songs, produced by Steven Solomon.
This time, he takes a more subdued, atmospheric approach, unlike his previous albums, complementing his storytelling with a softer, dreamier sound.
James Arthur said of the album, “I wanted this album to have a different feel to any other project. People have come to expect big, chesty, emotional, raspy vocals and ballads from me. I like to think I’ve got a few strings to my bow and I don’t really ever aim to do one thing. It was as simple as me wanting to approach the songs and my vocal delivery in a more gentle way and make more dreamy sound.” - source : Apple Music
