Jimmy & The Veil Releases New Song “Weightless” featuring Andrew Michael Wells
American alt-rock singer-songwriter James Wright, aka Jimmy & the Veil joined forces with American rock band Dance Gavin Dance's vocalist Andrew Michael Wells to release a new song “Weightless” on January 15, 2025.
This marks the first collaboration between James Wright and Andrew Michael Wells.
The song follows up “Blink Twice”, which was released last October.
James Wright delves into the raw essence of the human experience with the song, and explores the universal struggle of grappling with regrets and the path toward self-forgiveness.
The track was written by James Allen Wright.
James Wright said of the song, “I think we all have regrets that we wrestle with-those lingering feelings that no amount of forgiveness can fully erase. To me, that defines the human condition. It's proof of an innate sense of morality and goodwill.”
