FangSlinger Releases New Song “Blood Curse”
British gothic-western hard rock band FangSlinger, consisting of FangSlinger (vocals), BloodRose (vocals/keyboards) and Hangman (guitar/vocals), released a new song “Blood Curse” on January 10, 2025.
The song is the second single, following their debut single “The Lost Souls Saloon” released last October.
The track combines blues-driven country rock with the heavy riffs and vocal stylings of modern hard rock, capturing a spirit of rebellion and outlawry.
The song tells the story of the deal struck by FangSlinger with an ancient evil which led to their condemnation to eternal life and a debt of 100,000 souls to the Devil.
The track was written by Ciaran Frost, Connor McGovern, and Eve McGovern. Produced by Dan Fox.
The accompanying music video was directed by O. D. Collins.- The story of the song is a sequel to their debut song, “The Lost Souls Saloon”
The band said of the song, “We have such stories to tell you here at the Lost Souls Saloon. The very first is the gothic western tale of how we got lumbered with the Blood Curse that gave us eternal life.”
They continued, “These three vampire outlaws have been haunting saloons and playing Rock N' Roll in the Wild West for over a century. The Devil will get his due and you will come to know the story of how FangSlinger and his band of miscreants were condemned to wander the Wild West for an eternity collecting souls through rock n' roll.
