M.I.A. Releases New Song “Armour”
British singer-songwriter M.I.A. released a new song “Armour” on January 11, 2025.
The song is her first music in two years since the 2023 mixtape “Bells Collection”. Also, this marks the first release under her own label OHMNI Music.
As the single, the song follows up the collaborative song “Where's The Daddy?” with Major Lazer, which was re-released last November.
The song takes inspiration from her 2022 conversion to Christianity and is her spiritual declaration - put on the Armour of God, beginning a new journey into sincere musical liberation for M.I.A.
M.I.A. fought some battles in 2024; she shed all blocks and restrictions she faced. She was granted a long awaited American VISA to reunite with her son.
The track was written and produced by M.I.A..
