deadmau5 Releases New Song “Jupiter”
Canadian DJ deadmau5 released a new song “Jupiter” on January 10, 2025.
Originally written in 2017 following the release of the 2016 album “W:/2016ALBUM/”, “Jupiter”'s beginnings were captured in his studio via live stream which can be found here.
The song is accompanied by a 4K live visualizer.
The video depicts a space journey of innovation, energy, and cosmic creativity, as the musical waveform ripples through space like visible sound, traveling across the solar system, past stars and vibrant galactic clouds, and toward a gas giant planet.
The track was written and produced by deadmau5.- deadmau5 shared on social media, “To all my pals and people of LA, my god, Just found out about the fires :( I'll be looking for ways to help instead of thoughts and fucking prayers. Feel free to post some ideas and I'll do my best to contribute. Stay safe out there.”
He continued, “Quick update: Blackcraft Cult and I are talking, looped in my management and Nat on the merch team to produce a run of goodies where proceeds will go to help the fire relief for residents affected by the LA fires. Will keep you posted, just trying to do this remotely coz I'm travelling atm!”
