Tristan Armstrong Releases New Song “The Lonely Avenue”
Toronto-based singer-songwriter Tristan Armstrong released the first single called “The Lonely Avenue” from his upcoming debut album of the same name on December 16, 2024.
The album is expected to be released in early 2025.
The song was written during his early days in Toronto after moving from Vancouver Island, capturing the dualities of urban life and a longing for home.
Sonically, the track features vintage rock-and-roll swagger and melds raucous rhythms with an undercurrent of melancholy.
It was written and produced by Tristan Armstrong. He recorded the song with Trevor Falls on drums.
