As December Falls Announces New Album “Everything's On Fire But I'm Fine”, Shares New Song “Therapy”
Nottingham-based pop-punk band As December Falls, consisting of Bethany Curtis (vocals), Ande Hunter (guitar), Timmy Francis (bass) and Kiaran Hegarty (drums), has announced their upcoming fourth studio album “Everything's On Fire But I'm Fine” will be released on August 8, 2025 via Virgin Records.
The album is their first body of work in two years since the 2023 album “Join The Club”.
From the album, the band released a new song “Therapy” on January 6, 2025.
The song is the second single off of the album, following “Angry Cry” released last November.
It was written by Ande Hunter, Bethany Hunter, and Tommylee Francis. Produced by Alex Copp.
The band lead singer Bethany Curtis said of the song, “I was inspired on the JTC tour by the amount of people that told me that listening to ours songs is like therapy. It got me thinking that I also use the precess of writing as therapy and expressing emotions I didn't even realise I had pent up. Thank you for letting us live out our dreams.”- The new album comprises 14 songs, produced by Alex Copp, Salvatore Sam Guaiana and Mike Kalajian.
The band worked with producer Alex Copp again, who also produced their previous album “Join The Club”.
Bethany Curtis said of the album, “Most bands don't make it to their fourth album. Let alone without a label, management or the usual machinery needed to make records happen. So the fact that we're able to say our new album 'Everything's On Fire But I'm Fine' is coming on the 8th August 2025 isn't only a miracle in itself, but a testament to every single Faller out there that made this happen.”
She continued, “After the chart-topping success of Join The Club, we were able to spend more time in the studio than we've ever spent. We dedicated full days to writing, arranging and adding the craziest sounds we could until we had 14 tracks of perfectly crafted mayhem. We always knew we wanted to work with Alex Copp again since the last album was an absolute pleasure but being able to recruit Salvatore Sam Guaiana and Mike Kalajian into the fold was the cherry on top.” -
She added, “The result is probably our most daring effort, exploring sounds way beyond the early pop punk days. From piano tracks to pop bangers to songs lifted straight from the Undercity in Arcane. There's something in this record for everyone - fans that have been with us since day one and the new Fallers discovering us every day. It feels like every record has been building to this point and we're so excited for this new album to take the world by storm.”
