Ripsime Returns with New Song “Paradise”
London-based singer-songwriter Ripsime returned with a new song “Paradise” on December 6, 2024.
The song is her first music in a year since the 2023 debut EP “Capsule I: Wicked & Wise”.
The track is a heartfelt tribute to those we've lost too soon, exploring the beauty of eternal connection and the idea that love transcends the physical realm, all set to an '80s-inspired sound.
It was written and produced by Ripsime and Luke Turner.
Ripsime said of the song, “I anchored this track with a solid bass foundation recorded on a Fender Precision by my bandmate, Luke. We embraced an 80s vibe with the drums, while Luke layered bass effects using various chorus and distortion pedals, perfectly matching the build-up to the drop. This became one of my favourite tracks to produce because it flowed so effortlessly.”- She shared on social media, “I’m so excited as it might just be one of my favourite songs out to date and I hope you love it just as much as i do. Produced with my partner in crime Luke Turner, mixed by the magical Tom Donovan and mastered by the legendary Jonas Wkarlsson.”
