JADE Performs “Angel of My Dreams” at Rolling Stone UK Awards 2024
British singer-songwriter and former Little Mix, JADE performed “Angel of My Dreams” at the Rolling Stone UK Awards 2024.
The Rolling Stone UK Awards 2024 took place at Roundhouse in London on November 28, 2024.
JADE was nominated for The Song of the Year Award with “Angel of My Dreams”, but won The Trailblazer Award this year at the awards.
The song is her debut solo single and was released back in July via RCA Records. It marks her first solo endeavour after Little Mix began their hiatus in May 2022
The track was written by Jade Thirlwall, Steph Jones, Mike Sabath, Pablo Bowman, Bill Martin, and Phil Coulter. Produced by Mike Sabath.- JADE said of the song, “What I'm going for is a relentless, huge pop punch to the face. I want people to be like 'oh my god, I didn't expect that' – but then want to listen to it again. I didn't want to do a safe first single, that was really important to me. I'm setting the tone of who I am as an artist on my own. I want people to hear it and be like 'what the fuck is that song?'. My worst nightmare is for someone to hear my song and go 'that's nice'.”
