Alok & Clementine Douglas Team Up for New Song “Body Talk”
Brazilian DJ Alok joined forces with British singer-songwriter Clementine Douglas to release a new song “Body Talk” on December 6, 2024.
Followed by, the pair dropped a new music video for the song on December 27, 2024.
The song is a high-energy club anthem blending Alok’s signature sound with Clementine Douglas' dynamic, soulful vocals.
To date, Alok has worked with many British artists, the likes of Jess Glynne, Ella Henderson, James Arthur, Sigala, Ellie Goulding, and the legendary Sir Mick Jagger.
But he collaborated with Clementine Douglas for the first time.
In fact, Alok stated his music career in the UK.
Alok told Metro about his career, “I worked in Brixton when I lived in London, I started Alok there. I had my partnership with my brother, and then we broke up there. I was very influenced by the UK's music, it was definitely the first step of my career, and that's how it all started. I think that the UK markets, it's very challenging. You know, it's super challenging, but it's super sophisticated.”- While, Clementine Douglas joined in the song after American DJ The Blessed Madonna's debut album “Godspeed” and the collaborative song “Nobody Knows” with Mexican-American DJ Ape Drums.
