d4vd Releases New Song “Where'd It Go Wrong?”
American singer-songwriter d4vd released a new song “Where'd It Go Wrong?” along with a music video on December 19, 2024.
The song will appear on his upcoming debut album, which is expected to be released in 2025.
It is his first project in two years since the 2023 debut EP “Petals to Thorns”.
He recorded the song in the closet of his home in Houston using BandLab and his iPhone,
The track was written by David Burke, Tyler Spry, and Yehor Barkhatov. Produced by prodvelvet and Tyler Spry.
d4vd said of the song, “I’ve spent the past year recording in LA studios, doing sessions with top producers, and doing writing trips, but for ‘Where’d It Go Wrong?’ I sat back down at my house in Houston and recorded on Bandlab which I hadn’t been doing much of lately.”
He continued, “It really got me back in my element of how I began making music. This is one of my favourite songs that I’ve made in a long time and it reminded me why I’ve always loved making music on my own.”- d4vd shared on social media, “I'm working hard on the album right now. I have returned to the closet where it all began... This album will be generational.”
