Malcolm Todd Releases New Song “Chest Pain (I Love)”
Los Angeles-based alt-pop singer-songwriter Malcolm Todd released a new song “Chest Pain (I Love)” on December 4, 2024.
This release follows the success of “Comfort Me” and his latest project, Two New Malcolm Todd Songs, featuring fan-favorite “You Owe Me”, and the quirky “Cute Shirt (Interlude)”.
He teased the song on his social media last week, already amassing over 200K TikTok creates.
It was written by Jonah Cochran and Malcolm Hobert. Produced by Malcolm Hobert, Charlie Ziman, and Jonah Cochran.
The song reflects the emotional push-and-pull of love. “It’s about that bittersweet feeling of losing someone who still lingers in your heart,” Malcolm Todd said of the song. “I wanted the production to mirror that - smooth yet piercing, like love itself.”- Co-signed by ScHoolBoy Q, Malcolm has already made a major mark this year with his first sold-out North American headline tour, along with sharing stages with Omar Apollo, and wowing crowds at the Hollywood Bowl in LA, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits.
