Issey Cross Releases New Song “Different Planets”
British singer-songwriter Issey Cross released her brand new song “Different Planets” on December 6, 2024.
The song is her first ever ballad and follows up the collaborative song “6 Feet Under” with London-based DJ Sudley released back in August.
She wrote the song a few years ago and recorded the demo. This time, she using vocals of the demo on the track.
The track was written by Issey Cross and Rich Cooper. Produced by John Foyle and Rich Cooper.
Issey Cross said of the song, “I wrote this song when I was 19 with Rich Cooper at his studio in hackney. I remember at the time being in a long distance relationship and missing my partner so we sat down on the piano and wrote the song about that. Recently I went back in the studio to try and re record the vocals as the only demo I had was when I was 19, however there’s something so innocent in the original that takes me back to that time that I decided to stick with that one. This song is so special to me and has been one of my favourite songs I’ve ever written so I hope you love it as much as I do.”- source : Apple Music
