Khalid Releases Deluxe Edition of “Sincere” featuring Normani, Ayra Starr & Chlöe
American singer-songwriter Khalid released the deluxe edition of his third studio album “Sincere” on December 6, 2024 via RCA Records.
The standard edition of the album was released back in August. The the deluxe edition comprises 22 songs, which featured the previous 16 songs and he added six new songs, featuring former Fifth Harmony Normani on “Personal”, Nigerian singer-songwriter Ayra Starr on “Make It Up to You”, and American singer-songwriter Chlöe on “MIA”.

Khalid said of the deluxe edition, “My favorite part about the deluxe is showcasing the talented black women that I have as my collaborators that kill the game time and time again. This is me giving them their flowers.”
He added, “Thank you so much to all of the beautiful and talented women that collaborated with me on this project.”- The album “Sincere” is his first LP in five years since the 2019 “Free Spirit”.
Khalid told Apple Music about the album, “I needed to take that break. I needed to stop. It was a very difficult process in naming this album, because I had to find one that summed up what I really felt in this music. I thought of it as my most vulnerable in a while, because when I’m thinking of these songs, I’m saving them over the year like, ‘Okay, no, I have to keep this.’ And that’s vulnerable because I’ve known the songs’ impact on me when I was in the studio. I believe that if I trust my intention and I trust my heart, then it’ll have a similar impact to my listener.” - source : Apple Music
