Tom Misch Releases New Song “Colourblind” featuring Loyle Carner
London-based singer-songwriter Tom Misch teamed up with British rapper Loyle Carneragain to release a new song “Colourblind” on December 6, 2024.
Tom Misch and Loyle Carner have worked together for long time since the 2015 Tom Misch's mixtape “Beat Tape 2”.
To date, they have released the 2015 “Wake Up This Day”, the 2016 “Crazy Dream”, and 2018 “Water Baby”.
Loyle Carner recalled, “Me & tom in his old bedroom, the first time we made music together. At the time his bio on soundcloud said 'I don’t work with rappers so don’t ask'...”
For Tom Misch, the song is the fourth single of 2024, following “Insecure”, “Cinnamon Curls” and “Better Days”.
While, Loyle Carner joined in the song after the release of the live album “hugo: reimagined (live from the Royal Albert Hall)” released back in May.
The track showcases their synergy with minimalist drum machine beats and atmospheric guitar.
